The following are our past records :

1)   2 units of semi-detached for En Ismail Bukhary at a price of RM78 Thousand and was completed in 1979.

2)   4 units of double storey terrace for YMM Sultanah Zainab at a price of RM138 Thousand and was completed in 1979.

3)   Istana Kota Lama at Kota Bharu at a price of RM592.3 Thousand and was completed in 1979.

4)   4 units of single storey terrace owned by Tengku Elias at a price of RM110 Thousand and were completed in 1979.

5)   Motel at Kuala Krai owned by SEDC at a price of RM162 Thousand and was completed in 1980.

6)   Istana Negeri Kelantan Kubang Kerian Kota Bharu at a price of RM89 Thousand and was completed in 1980.

7)   122 units of stall for YMM Sultanah Zainab at price of RM132 Thousand and was completed in 1981.

8)   3 units of double storey terrace for YMM Sultan Kelantan at a price of RM173 Thousand and was complete in 1982.

9)   75 units of residential houses at Tanah Merah for M/S Kang Huat Development Sdn Bhd at a price of RM1.8 Million and was completed in 1982.

10)   5 units 3 ½ storey shop house at Kota Bharu for M/S Asie Sdn Bhd at a price of RM1.4 Million and was completed in 1983.

11)   30 units of single storey at Ipoh for M/S Straits Four Sdn. Bhd. at price of RM1 Million and was completed in 1984.

12)   To carry out earth filling works on Lot 527N Jalan Raja Muda Aziz Ipoh for M/S Straits Four Holdings Sdn. Bhd. at a price of RM408 Thousand and was completed and was completed in 1984.

13)   6 units of double storey terrace houses and 2 units of double storey shop houses at Pasir Tumboh (owner Mr. Tay Kee Leong) with a price of RM1.3 Million and was completed in 1985.

14)   5 units of residential houses (owner Puan Tan Lean Chu @ Zaidah Bt Abdullah) with a price of RM270 Thousand and was completed in 1986.

15)   8 units of bungalow at Mukim Bayam worth RM819 Thousand and was completed in 1986.

16)   1 units of 4 ½ storey of shop house at JalanTemenggong Kota Bharu (owner Nik Zainab Mohamed) worth RM220 Thousand and was completed in 1986.

17)   8 units of semi-detached houses at Tanjung Chat worth RM540 Thousand and was completed in 1988.

18)   1 block of double storey classroom, 2 units of teacher’s quarters, 1 block for canteen, 1 block of double storey hostel, 1 units of headmaster residence complete with furniture and premix entrance for Institute Pendidikan Al Balaghulumubin Al Marhum Sultan Haji Omar Hj Saifuddinn Sa’adul Khairi Waddin Amal Jariah Sultan Hj Hassanal Bolkiah Muizzaddin Waddaullah Brunei Darul Salam at Tok Uban Pasir Mas worth RM2.1 Million and was completed in 1988.

19)   1 unit of double storey bungalow house complete with swimming pool and landscaping and 2 units of single storey bungalow houses at Pasir Tumboh (owner Dato Mohamed Nasir) worth RM430 Thousand and was completed in 1988.

20)   1 unit of bungalow house at Panji (owner Nik Hisham Nik Mansor) worth RM275 Thousand and was completed in 1988.

21)   1unit of 2 storey shop house at Kampong Putih Jalan Kuala Krai (owner Dato Mohamed Nasir) worth RM108 Thousand and was completed in 1989.

22)   1 unit of double storey bungalow house at Gua Musang (owner Puan Sabariah Hamzah) worth RM330 Thousand and was completed in 1989.

23)   1 unit of bungalow house at Panji (owner Puan Ros Mohd Salleh) worth RM105 Thousand and was completed in 1990.

24)   1 unit of 4 storey shop house in Gua Musang town (owner Syarikat Galas Setia Sdn Bhd) worth RM420 Thousand and was completed in 1991.

25)   8 units of single storey terrace at Mukim Tanjung Chat worth RM282 Thousand and was completed in 1991.

26)   3 units of double storey bungalow houses at Telok Bharu worth RM850 Thousand and was completed in 1991.

27)   4 units of single bungalow and 1 unit of double storey bungalow behind Thai Consulate Jalan Pengkalan Chepa worth RM506 Thousand and was completed in 1991.

28)   1 unit of double storey bungalow house at Kubang Kerian for En Wan Ariff Wan Hamzah worth RM200 Thousand and was completed in 1991.

29)   28 units of single storey terrace and 24 units of double storey terrace on lot PT 397 to PT 411, PT 426 to PT 440 and PT 472 to PT 495 Mukim Telok Daerah Panji known as DesaKujid Phase I worth RM5.1 Million and was completed in 1992.

30)   52 units of single terrace and 10 units of double storey terrace on lot PT 313 to PT 337   and PT 356 to 382 and PT 496 to PT 505 Mukim Telok Panji Kota Bharu Kelantan also known as Desa Kujid Phase II worth RM2.4 Million and  was completed in 1992.

31)   40 units of single storey terrace houses on lot PT 227 to PT 248 & PT 246 & PT 275 to PT 294 Mukim Telok Panji also known as Desa Kujid Phase III worth RM2 Million and Certificate of Fitness (CF) was issued on 1/3/95 & 23/4/95.

32)   2 units of double storey bungalow and 8 units of semi-detached houses on Lot 2943 to   Lot 2944 and Lot 2939 to Lot 2954 MukimPasirPekan Daerah WakafBharu worth RM879 Thousand and Certificate of Fitness was issued on January 1995.

33)   18 units of double storey terrace 18 units of single storey terrace houses on Lot PT 295   to Lot PT 312 and Lot PT 338 to Lot PT 355 MukimTelok Daerah Panji known as Desa Kujid Phase IV valued at RM3.3 Million and Certificate of Fitness was issued on 23/4/95 & 22/10/95.

34)   26 units of single storey terrace houses on Lot PT 141 to PT 166 Mukim Patek Daerah Kadok (Phase I) worth RM739 Thousand and Certificate of Fitness (CF) was issued on 14/10/95.

35)   41 units of residential houses (2 units of double storey bungalow houses (Class C), 8 units of semi-detached houses (Class D) 6 units of semi-detached houses (Class F) and 26 units of single storey terrace houses (Class G) on Lot no. PT 194 to PT 274 at Mukim Telok Panji Kota Bharu Kelantan Perumahan Kastam.

This project has been sold to Kastam & Eksais Di raja Malaysia for their Quarters. The selling price for project is RM4.3 Million and Certificate of Fitness was issued on 2/7/95.

36)   3 units of 4 storey shop house on Lot 184, 186 and 187 Section 21 Kota Bharu Town. The sale price for this project is RM1.1 Million and Certificate of Fitness was issued on 27/12/95.

37)   7 units of bungalow and 8 units of Semi-D houses on Lot PT 2945 to PT 2966 and PT 2958 to PT 2965 Mukim Pasir Pekan Daerah Wakaf Bharu, Tumpat, Kelantan. The   sales from this project were RM1.05 Million and Certificate of Fitness was issued on 8/11/95, 15/4/96, 19/6/96 & 5/10/97.

38)   4 units of Semi-D houses on Lot 2031 to Lot 2034 Mukim Lundang, Daerah Lundang Kota Bharu. The sales from this project are RM304 Thousand and the Certificate of Fitness was issued on 23/4/96.

39)   20 units of single storey terrace houses on lot PT 129 to PT 148 Mukim Padang Raja Daerah Peringat Melor. The sales from this project are RM640,000.00. The Certificate of Fitness (CF) was issued on 21/5/96.

40)   10 units of single storey bungalow and 12 units of single storey semi-D houses on Lot 1231 to PT 1240 and PT 1219 to PT 1230 MukimTelok Daerah Panji or known as DesaKujid Phase V. The sales from this project are RM1.8 Million. The Certificate of Fitness (CF) was issued on 18/6/96, 30/1/97, 2/2/97, & 3/2/97.

41)   6 units of bungalow (low cost) on Lot PT 167 to Lot PT 172 Mukim Patek Daerah Kadok Kota Bharu. Sale revenues of RM318 Thousand generated from this project. The Certificates of Fitness was issued on 1/10/96.

42)   49 units of single storey terrace houses on Lot 1237 to Lot 1260 to Lot 1286 Mukim Tanjung Chat Daerah Panji known as Desa Binajaya Phase I. Sales revenue under this project are RM2.5 Million. The Certificate of Fitness was issued on 19/8/96.

43)   1 units of office block for SBJ Binajaya’s head quarter on Lot 347 & 348 Section 21 Kota Bharu Town. The total cost for this project is RM1.2 Million. The Certificate of Fitness was issued on 28/1/97.

44)   45 units of single storey terrace and 9 units of double storeyshophouse on Lot 1851 to 1895 and Lot 1896 to Lot 1904 Mukim of PasirPuteh District of Limbongan known as Taman PasirPermai. The total sales revenue under this project is RM3.2 Million. The Certificate of Fitness was issued on 11/12/97.

45)   2 units of single storey semi-detached and 3 units of double storey terrace on Lot 000573 to Lot 0005777 Section 19 Kota Bharu Town. The sales revenue under this project is RM730, 000.00. The Certificate of Fitness was issued on 16/12/97 & 10/2/98.

46)   81 units of mixed residential houses (47 units single storey terrace, 13 units of double storey terrace, 13 units of single storey semi-D and 8 units of single storey bungalow) on lot PT 592 to PT 672 Mukim Telok Daerah Panji known as Desa Chendana SBJ. The sales from this project are RM7.3 Millions. The Certificate of Fitness was issued on 6/8/97, 3/12/97, 4/12/97, 22/12/97, 24/12/97, 1/1/98, 6/1/98, 25/1/98, 19/3/98,   21/4/98 & 5/10/98.

47)   8 units of semi-D and 1 units of Bungalow houses on lot PT 592 to PT 595 and PT 598 to PT 603 Mukim Baung Kota Bharu Kelantan worth RM867 Thousand. The Certificate of Fitness was issued on 9/1/97 & 28/1/97.

48)   1 unit of single storey bungalow and 4 units of single storey semi-D on lot PT 875 to PT 881 Mukim Tanjong Chat Daerah Panji worth RM470 Thousand. The Certificate of Fitness was issued on 15/4/97.

49)   22 units of single storey terrace houses on lot 1176 to lot 1179, lot 1232 to lot 1233, lot 1287 to lot 1300 and lot 1303 to lot 1304 Mukim Tanjong chat known as Desa Binajaya II worth RM1.473 Million. The Certificate of Fitness was issued on 23/9/96 & 21/9/97. (Wakaf Mek Zainab).

50)   25 units of single storey terrace and 2 units of double storey semi-detached houses on lot 420 of Mukim Wakaf Bharu Tumpat Kelantan. The sales revenue under this project is RM2.345 Million. The Certificate of Fitness (CF) was issued on 22/3/98.

51)   24 units of terrace, 20 units of semi-detached and 6 units of detached houses (all single storey) houses on Lot No. 962, 1154, 1156, 1157, 1160, 1161, 1168, 1166, 1169, 1164, 1163, 1167, 1176, 1177 Mukim Lundang, Kota Bharu, Kelantan known as Taman Mustaqim. The sale revenue under this project is RM4, 974,000.00. The Certificate of Fitness was issued on 24/8/98 & 26/8/98.

52)   14 units of single storey terrace houses on Lot 418 Mukim Wakaf Bharu known as Taman Sri Mulong II worth about RM912,000.00. The Certificate of Fitness was issued on 20/9/98.

53)   1 unit of single storey bungalow and 2 units of single storey semi-D on lot PT 408, PT 404 to PT 405 Mukim Wakaf Delima Daerah Wakaf Bharu worth RM395,000.00. The Certificate of Fitness was issued on 21/7/98.

54)   1 unit of single storey bungalow and 6 units of single storey semi-D on lot 3159 to lot 3165 Mukim Pasir Pekan Daerah Wakaf Bharu known as project Kota Kubang Labu worth RM597,000.00. The Certificate of Fitness was issued on 28/2/99.

55)   4 units of single storey bungalow and 6 units of single storey terrace houses on lot 327 to lot 331, lot 313 to lot 314 and lot 332 to lot 336 Mukim Telipot Daerah Kota Bharu known as Taman Bunga Raya worth RM1,012,000.00. The Certificate of Fitness was issued on 6/1/98.

56)   6 units of single storey semi-D on lot 1255 to lot 1260 Mukim Pauh Daerah Panji known as Taman Cempaka worth RM563, 000.00. The Certificate of Fitness was issued on 17/1/99 & 18/1/99.

57)   7 units of double storey shop house, 12 units of single storey terrace and 3 units of single storey bungalow houses on lot PT 793 to PT 799, PT 806 to PT 817 and PT 818 to PT 820 Mukim Pauh Daerah Panji known as Taman Sri Pauh worth RM2.7 Millions. The Certificate of Fitness was issued on 17/1/99 and 18/1/99.

58)   20 units of double storey terrace, 6 units of single storey terrace, 4 units of single storey semi-D, 4 units of double storey semi-D, 1 unit of single storey bungalow and 4 units of double storey bungalow houses on lot worth RM5.025 Millions known as Taman Jaya. The Certificate of Fitness was issued on 21/2/99, 22/299, 1/3/99, 20/4/99   & 29/4/99.

59)   6 units of single storey bungalow and 2 units of double storey semi-D on lot PT 168 to PT 173 & PT 184 to PT 185 Mukim Telok Daerah Panji known as Desa Kujid Phase VI worth RM1.528 Million. The Certificate of Fitness was issued on 8/3/99, 6/4/99 & 16/5/99.

60)   3 units of double storey shop house on lot 5215 Mukim Apam Daerah Gual Periok Pasir Mas Kelantan belongs to Agama Islam Negeri Kelantan (MAIK). The contract cost is RM95,000.00.

61)   20 units of single storey terrace, 3 units of single storey semi-D and 2 units of double storey bungalow houses on lot 1746, 1748, 1750-1758, 1760, 1762-1771, 1773, 1775, 1777 & 1779 Mukim Beting Daerah Panji Kota Bharu worth RM2,073,000.00. The Certificate of Fitness (CF) was issued on 16/5/99.

62)   2½ storey of terrace house on lot 537 seksyen 19 (LimauManis) Kota Bharu town worth RM200, 000.00. The Certificate of Fitness (CF) was issued on 16/5/99.

63)   3 storey shop house on lot 1202 & 1203, Section 27 Bandar Kota Bharu, Kelantan. The sales revenue expected to be derived from this project are RM900,000.00.

64)   623 units of mixed residential which comprises of 26 units of Double Storey Shop house (Type A), 26 units of Double Storey Terrace (Type B), 47 units of Double Storey Terrace (Type C), 152 units of Single Storey Terrace (Type D), 140 units of Single Storey  Terrace (Type E), 190 units of Single Storey Terrace (Type F-Low Cost), 27 units of   Single Storey Terrace (Type K), 8 units of Double Storey  Semi-Detached (Type L), 5   units of Double Storey Bungalow (Type M) on lot 691, 2214 & 2215 Mukim Pasir Pekan, Daerah Wakaf Bharu, Kelantan (Project Desa SBJ Putra). The sales revenue derived from this project are RM52.0 Million.

65)    1 unit of single storey bungalow on lot 122 Mukim Kadok Kota Bharu Kelantan at a value of RM120, 000.00. The current of completion is 95% and we are waiting for the Certificate of Fitness to be issued.

66)   14 storey with 2 level basement consists of 72 units of condominium on lot 135, Section 20, Bandar Kota Bharu, Kelantan. The sales revenue expected to be derived from this project are RM17,500,000. (Projek Condominium Permai).

67)   Komplek Sekolah Mengandungi Blok Bilik Darjah, Asrama, Masjid, Blok Pentadbiran dan Kantin Di atas Lot 95 Mukim Tapang Daerah Panji belong to Majlis Agama Islam Kelantan (MAIK). The contract value is RM2.274 Million and currently the stage of completion is 65%.

68)   11 units of abandoned shophouse (15% completed) at Mukim Beting District of Kota Bharu for RM1, 120,000.00 from Hj. Othman B. Abdul Razak (Projek Taman Murni).

69)   18 units of single storey bungalow houses on lot PT 913 to PT 930, Section 52, Mukim Teluk Baru, Daerah Kubang Kerian, Bandar Kota Bharu, Kelantan. The sales of this project RM2, 468,000.00 (Projek Taman Guchil Baru).

70)   15 units double storey shop houses on lot PT 1397 to PT 1411 and 15 units single storey terrace houses on lot PT 1412 to PT 1426, MukimKetil, Daerah Tumpat, Kelantan. The sales of this project are RM3, 752,000.00 (Project Taman Sri Ketil).

71)   1 unit single storey bungalow on Lot PT 546 and 3 units single storey semi-detached houses on Lot PT 547 to PT 549, Mukim Wakaf Bharu, Daerah Wakaf Bharu, Jajahan Tumpat, Kelantan. The sales of this project are RM1, 235,000.00. The Certificate of Fitness (CF) was issued on 27.12.2001. (Project Taman Sri Mulong).
